Should I Cure My Ovarian Cyst At Pregnancy Period?

Don’t be fearful if you got ovarian cyst during pregnancy because it is not troublesome as you thought. Base on records it is very limited case to got ovarian cyst and pregnancy at the same time and most of the time it is benign ovarian cyst which is simple to discharge and most of the times it just go away on their own.Benign cyst are thinly walled and filled with harmless fluid and is not dangerous.

The doctor may have been just monitoring you for now; until you get out of the first trimester (the first 13 weeks of pregnancy).Doctor will observe you and will never recommend immediate surgery since you are pregnant only if the cyst is so big and cancerous. Cancerous ovarian cysts occur only to about 1 from 25,000 pregnant women base on statistics.

It is a typical condition to pregnant with ovarian cyst is to have ruptured or burst ovarian cyst, which do not interfere with pregnancy or labor, nor will it pose danger to the baby. Rupture cyst may cause excruciating pain and discomfort during the last stages of pregnancy. Doctor can give the pregnant women an anesthesia and pain relievers to alleviate the pain feeling from ruptured ovarian cyst because it has no negative effects to fetus and to mother.

Surgery can be done only if the cysts become too big and cancerous. Though a operation will not affect the baby and cause any strain on the pregnancy, operationally discharging big ovarian cysts during pregnancy is not advisable unless a rupture happens. Meanwhile, ovarian cysts bigger than 6 through 8 cm are often surgically removed unless they immediately dissolve over the course of time.

When a pregnant woman is found to have ovarian cysts, doctors will order an ultrasound combined with other tests just to make sure that the cysts are not cancerous. Most ovarian cyst during pregnancy are benign and it can quickly removed by natural method.

There are natural method on how ovarian cyst can treat when pregnant like by altering what you eat and a whole other bunch of lifestyle factors that contribute to the hormonal fluctuations that are the root cause of cyst progress and growth. The Ruptured Ovarian Cyst Symptoms, Causes, Complications and Treatments In Many Ways.

What causes an ovarian cyst? Some experts say that common ovarian cysts come from a hormonal imbalance. If a woman has a hormonal imbalance, her body will not make eggs (ovulate). In most cases, this imbalance does not last long. The doctor may want to just observe you until the cyst goes away. And if this doesn’t disappear a doctor may suggest for a surgery. But surgery is just an option and some natural remedies are also available and effective.

When are women most likely to have ovarian cysts?  Most functional ovarian cysts occur during childbearing years. And most of those cysts are not cancerous. Women who are past menopause (ages 50–70) with ovarian cysts have a higher risk of ovarian cancer. At any age, if you think you have a cyst, consult your doctor for a pelvic exam.

Common Symptoms of Ovarian Cyst. A woman with an ovarian cyst will often notice pelvic pain which is constant, dull and aching. She may also experience pain during other daily activities, such as during or immediately following sexual intercourse. Pelvic pain may also be felt when passing a bowel movement or during regular daily activities such as lifting, bending or reaching. Other more intense activities such sports and physical activity may also induce pain. A woman with a ruptured ovarian cyst may experience pain associated with their menstrual cycle - in particular, pain may escalate just prior to or just after the menstrual period.

A woman with an ovarian cyst, whether it is intact or ruptured, may experience a menstrual cycle that is irregular, or which is longer or shorter than usual. Bleeding may be much heavier than usual, or may be present as "spotting" - small bleeds that occur at random throughout the menstrual cycle. By contrast, other women with an ovarian cyst may find that their menstrual period stops altogether (commonly called as amenorrhea). When an ovarian cyst ruptures, there is inevitably an onset of sharp, piercing pain, particularly in the lower abdominal quadrants. If there has been no pain associated with the presence of the ovarian cyst prior to rupture, the increase in pain upon cystic rupture will be particularly evident. If the intact ovarian cyst has induced pain prior to rupture, you may notice a slow escalation of pain when the ovarian cyst ruptures.

Complications of Ruptured Ovarian Cyst. Ruptured ovarian cyst are potentially serious and, in some cases life threatening, these complications occur relatively infrequently. Seeking medical advice if you are experiencing any of the symptoms associated with an ovarian cyst is critical and may reduce the likelihood of complications. These complications are very rare, but it is important to visit a doctor as delays in the same can be fatal and have life threatening consequences.

Rupture of an ovarian cyst may be asymptomatic or associated with the sudden onset of unilateral lower abdominal pain. The pain often begins during strenuous physical activity, such as exercise or sexual intercourse. It may be accompanied by light vaginal bleeding due to a drop in secretion of ovarian hormones and subsequent endometrial sloughing.

Treatment. Ruptured ovarian cyst treatment is directly related to the intensity of a persons condition. Generally doctors will probably perform a CS (CAT SCAN), and/or an ultrasound to correctly detect the condition. It is important to observe that when you have a fever along with abdominal pain, then you should really go to the emergency room or doctor without delay, because this might be an indication of something more serious. In extreme instances a woman may have to have an operation to eliminate a ruptured cyst.

Ruptured Ovarian Cyst can be treated with any of the following:
  • Warm compress- applying warmth to the lower abdomen next to the ovaries can relax muscles and reduce cramping and discomfort.
  • Surgery- in cases where the ruptured ovarian cyst becomes a threat, it may be removed through  surgery
  • Oral contraceptives- taking in birth control pills or hormone supplements can help regulate the menstrual cycle and prevent the development of  follicles which can grow into ovarian cysts
  • Pain Relievers- non steroidal drugs and anti inflammatory medication can help reduce pelvic pain

The Caused and Symptoms of Vaginal Yeast Infection and the Vulvitis

A vaginal yeast infection is irritation of the vagina and the area around the vagina, called the vulva. It is caused by an overgrowth of the fungus or yeast Candida. Yeast normally live in the vagina in small numbers, but when the bacteria in the vagina become out of balance, too many yeast grow and cause an infection.

What are the symptoms of vaginal yeast infection and vulvitis?
Vaginal yeast infection and vulvitis cause symptoms that are nonspecific, which means that aside from the yeast infection, other conditions can cause the identical symptoms. The most common symptom of a vaginal yeast infection is itching in the vaginal and/or vulvar area. Other symptoms of vaginal yeast infection and vulvitis include: burning, soreness, pain during intercourse and/or urination, and vaginal discharge. (Vaginal discharge is not always present, but when it occurs, the discharge is odorless and typically has a whitish, thick appearance and texture, like cottage cheese.)

Vulvitis can also cause local pain in addition to the above symptoms. Pain in the vulvar area is referred to as vulvodynia. In up to 5% of women, yeast vulvovaginitis may cause a recurrent problem. A recurrent yeast infection occurs when a woman has four or more infections in one year that are not related to antibiotic use. Recurrent yeast infections may be related to an underlying medical condition and may require more aggressive treatment.

Why you can't sleep? Everybody experiences this sometimes during bed time. Like me sometimes i can't sleep even it is already a deep night and everybody in the house already sleeping and some are even snoring loud! Yikes! Is it one of the reason? (the loud snoring from parents! hahaha!) Maybe that is one, but more of the times it is not the cause of being can't sleep.

Before you can fall asleep, your brain and your body both need to be ready for sleep. Instead of being able to unwind and slip into sleep easily, your head may be a buzz with ideas, thoughts, worries, concerns, or memories. Or perhaps you feel like you've got a clear head, but for some annoying reason your body is out of sync, and you just feel so restless, and can't get comfortable in your bed, tossing and turning ...on your back, laying on your right side, then the left, flipping the pillow trying to find the sweet spot ...whatever you try you just can't get comfortable. IT'S SO FRUSTRATING!

If you are experiencing Insomnia and sleep problems like this, your brainwave frequencies are almost certainly out of sync when you are trying to relax and sleep. What you need to do is relax your brain, and get your dominant brainwaves into a state that is ideal for sleep.

Acne is commonly known as pimples. Vitamin Poisoning: It Can Happen to You

You should know that as with everything, getting just the right amount of vitamins and minerals is important. Your body is capable of doing many great things for you, and producing much of what you need to get by in this life. However, there are certain things that your body does not produce, which is part of the reason that we need to eat foods. Some of the energy that is produced by the foods goes towards moving and reproducing cells. However, our bodies also glean much from the food that we eat – vitamins and minerals are just part of what we get.

Vitamins and minerals cannot be made by our bodies, but are very important for our bodies to continue to be running as successfully as they are. This means that if for some reason you aren’t getting the right kinds, or the right amounts, of vitamins and minerals in your diet, you might need to take vitamin or mineral supplements in order to make up for what you are not getting in your food. You should know that taking vitamin and mineral supplements can be very good for you, and can make you much more healthy. However, they can be dangerous, so it is very important that you follow directions and never take more than it is recommended to take of any vitamins or minerals.

One of the most important things is that you remember in the case of vitamins and minerals, there is such a thing as too much of something that is good. If you have too much vitamin D, you can be causing damage to your kidneys. If you have too much vitamin A, you can be causing damage to your liver. If you have too much niacin you can cause heart and liver problems. This is called vitamin poisoning.

One of the most important things to remember is that your body will tell you if you are getting too much of something, long before poisoning and damage will occur. Signs of vitamin poisoning when it comes to vitamin supplements would include nausea and vomiting as well as diarrhea. These will occur before your organs are damaged, and if you pay attention to your body you should be able to stop it right there and then and not create more damage or danger to yourself. Most of the signs of supplement overdose will simply fade away when you have gotten rid of the excess and haven’t overdosed again. Unlike drugs, vitamin overdose and poisoning are not likely to lead to permanent damage, but can if you are not careful.

Why Breakfast Really is the Most Important Meal of the Day

By now, I’m sure you’ve heard people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. However, that doesn’t stop millions of Americans, and people around the world, from skipping breakfast or opting for only a drink of coffee. The truth is that breakfast really is the most important meal of the day, and you will have a much more healthy diet if you include breakfast in your daily life.

Breakfast is rightly named—break fast. When you sleep, you are not eating for 6 to 9 hours at least, and more if you haven’t eaten since dinner the night before. Therefore, breakfast is the first time you’ll be eating anything for a very long period of time. Some nutrients, like proteins, cannot be stored in the body and are therefore not present, so the body needs you to replenish the “low” levels of such nutrients. Breakfast is like the match that lights the fire. It truly is a very important source of energy for your body in the morning.

Eating breakfast in the morning also helps you avoid some illnesses and disease. For example, your sugar levels are probably out of whack from not eating for many hours, so having breakfast levels out the amount of sugars in your body, helping to prevent diabetes. Eating a healthy breakfast also helps you to provide food to your stomach so that you don’t overeat at lunch because you are so hungry. Overeating leads to obesity, which comes with a whole host of problems, including heart disease.

Healthy breakfast foods, like eggs, fruit, or bran cereal are also a good source of many of the vitamins and minerals a person needs during the day. If you don’t eat these things in the morning, it will be hard to make up for that loss later in the day. Remember that without the proper amounts of nutrients, you body will not function correctly. When you eat a healthy breakfast, it also makes you choose healthier foods during the rest of the day, so that you continue to get the proper nutrients needed for your body.

Setting aside 15 minutes in the morning to eat breakfast every day can truly make a great different in your diet. In the best case, your breakfast will include foods from at least three different food groups. For example, you can have whole grain toast (bread food group) with peanut butter (protein food group) and a banana (fruit food group). Top that off with a glass of milk to drink, and you’ve even hit a fourth food group. Breakfast does not have to include a heavy pancakes and sausage meal every day to be healthy, and even grabbing a single piece of fruit or a muffin is better than skipping the meal completely. Breakfast is important to your health!
